Growth Constraints Found

SmarTrade specializes in data mining within the international trade industry but it needed an effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, they faced obstacles in expanding their customer base beyond geographical limitations. They were striving to expand their client portfolio into new international markets but they struggled to find quality and flow of leads generated monthly through traditional channels.

Initial Growth Strategy

In the initial stage of our work with SmarTrade, we identified the need to refine their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) during the initial audit. We collaborated closely to validate their offering through a B2B LinkedIn Outreach strategy (message market fit), starting in Colombia and expanding to Brazil. We achieved conversion rates of 14% and 17% respectively, generating approximately 15 leads per month, with 4 of them qualifying through messaging and becoming paying clients.
